What restaurants usually ask

What does it cost before we go live?

Nothing. You can search, build, review and test for free. The subscription only starts once you go live.

Are we locked in?

No. The subscription is monthly with no lock-in, and you can cancel with one month's notice.

Does Blitz take commission?

No. Takeaway and QR ordering from your own site is 0% commission for the restaurant. The guest pays a small flat service fee per order, as on every other platform — and table booking never carries a fee.

We already have a website

Then keep it. Booking, takeaway and the menu each get their own page on Blitz that you link to from your own site — at the same price. Or point your domain at the new site once you are happy with it.

Where is our data stored?

In the EU, under GDPR. The details belong to the restaurant, and you can always edit them.

Can we keep the channels we use today?
